Affairs College Fee Waiver (CCFW) Program provides higher education benefits to the dependents of service-connected deceased veterans or veterans with disabilities.<\/p><h4 role=\"heading\" data-uw-rm-heading=\"level\"><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/h4><p>Eligible CCFW benefit recipients include dependent children, a spouse, Registered Domestic Partner (RDP)\u00a0or the un-remarried
