years. He has served as Chairman of the Somis Municipal Advisory Committee for the past four years. He currently holds the prestigious position of Chairman at the Ventura County Local Agency Formation Commission. Patrick earned his Master&#8217;s Degree in Urban Planning from Cal Poly Pomona and was a member of the American Planning Association. He is also a certified pilot and FAA aircraft mechanic. He enjoys serving on the MAC because it gives him insight into the things that directly affect the Somis community. His focus is to collect the thoughts and feelings of the community and reflect those wishes through the Somis MAC.
