Santa Rosa Valley Municipal Advisory Council to ascertain that the residents\u2019 voices are heard. As a Founding member of the Santa Rosa Valley MAC in 2003, and Chair of the Santa Rosa Valley Community Association prior to the formation of the MAC, Rosemary has always been a strong and clear voice that advocates the resident\u2019s position on the issues that affect Santa Rosa Valley. Rosemary is passionately dedicated to philanthropic projects. She was recognized by the Philanthropic Society as Ventura County Volunteer of the Year and received the esteemed Community Service of the Year award from the Conejo Valley Board of REALTORS\u00ae.
